To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items marked as final sale, custom/bespoke pieces, gift cards, and worn items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
